On March 9th, Louisiana voters will select members of their communities
to serve on the Republican State Central Committee. I am writing
you today to ask for your support in the March 9th election. My
name is Robert Claypool and I have lived in Algiers for 29 years.
A graduate of Brother Martin High School, I went on to Louisiana
Tech to earn a degree in Electrical Engineering. I founded a technology
company in 2000 - today a successful high-tech network development
firm. I believe that good citizenship includes participation in
government.
As a Conservative, I am proud to be a member of the Greater New
Orleans Republicans and the Alliance for Good Government. I am currently
a fellow of the "Institute of Politics" and vice president
of the Greater New Orleans Pachyderm Club. I am an associate member
of the Women's Republican Club, and was elected to the Parish Executive
Committee. Good citizenship also means taking an interest in the
community. I have served as an instructor for KidsmArt, a weekend
arts program for underprivileged kids in the Fischer and Guste housing
projects. Recently, I also promoted a community program designed
to enrich the lives of senior citizens.
I am asking for your vote on March 9th to become your representative
on the State Central Committee. District 86 needs citizens to promote
our party and its candidates. With strong community roots and a
belief in Republican values, I can ensure that our voice will be
heard. Thank you for taking the time to read this letter. I value
your support and hope that you will allow me to represent our community's
interests in Republican State Central Committee.
Yours Sincerely,
Robert Claypool
Candidate
Republican State Central Committee
